November 30, 2007 - Monte's Metroplex Fishing

Monte and friend John Francis took another trip to Lake Texoma on Friday November 30th. It was cold and cruising the lake in search of birds was uncomfortable indeed! But we found them in no time and began catching one after another. Nothing real big but it was still real fun.

We had several flocks of birds to choose from. They were around the islands and in front of Mill Creek. Most of the action was short lived however, and would dissapate prior to our arrival. But the later it got the better the action was. The school in the picture above regrouped around the corner at Mill Creek and schooled continuously for about an hour. It was pretty cool!
