I will collect them and if we have enough I can compile them into a book
I will give it about one year to see if there are enough recipes
Of course there will be a charge for the book and printing (More on this later)

Old Halifax County Brunswick Stew

This recipe has been passed down from the Mingia family through my father, Joe Wheeler Mingia who was born in Halifax Co NC in 1905.

This particular recipe takes about 2 days to cook.
My father sometimes put game meats in it.
